“ Delicious burgers. I wanted to get something else but they were out of both things I wanted. Other than that good experience. Very friendly staff. Good service. Delicious ”
“ We had the best time ever! Table reserved in advance. 5 adults and three picky girls. We devoured everything. No to go boxes. Every order was delivered correctly, every dish looked amazing and cooked to perfection. Our server Lexi was new but she was a rockstar. Oh! The desserts!!!! As you can tell from the pictures the desserts were amazing! I personally recommend this newer establishment. And cooks threw in down!!! ”
“ My wife and I have been passing by this place a few months now. Between busy schedules and life in general we haven’t stopped by…that was until yesterday. For starters, the restaurant was extremely clean and cozy. We were greeted promptly by the bar tender as we walked through the front door. My wife and I are both N/A so was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a great selection of drinks catered to us. We met an awesome person named Mimi at the bar that suggested the AHI Tuna Nachos, so we took a chance. It was a healthy portion, the Tuna was fresh and the flavor was amazing! We could have stopped there and this would have been a 5 star experience. We chose our main entrees, my wife was feeling the Ribeye and I chose the Shrimp and Grits. We both were blown away by the food. I haven’t had shrimp and grits this tasty outside of Charleston. My wife said the steak(cooked medium rare) was extremely tender and grilled to perfection. It’s obvious the chef cares about the food and menu, as there are plenty of choices but NOT overwhelming. In closing I would definitely recommend and I hope others will give this little hidden gem a try. We love to support local homegrown restaurants! To close, I say keep doing your thing South Paw, your food is definitely a shining star in the area! ”
“ Great smashed burgers and amazing handcut fries. Fries were thin cut and very crispy with just right amount of salt for seasoning. Server noticed iced tea was not right and brewed a fresh batch. Attention to detail was appreciated. ”
“ My family has been here 2 times now. The People working are awesome. The good is incredibly delicious and the menu options make it hard to choose because everything sounds good and so far everything is. There isn’t a lot of parking so if they are busy be prepared for that. Southpaw is definitely one of our FAVORITES in the area. You won’t be disappointed. Heck the first time we went the waiter said he usually is the one cooking so now he is our favorite waiter and our favorite cook. ”

“ This place is truly a hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Shawn—one of the friendliest and most attentive people I’ve ever encountered while dining out. We came in with a large group of nine, and he went above and beyond to make sure every one of us felt welcome and well cared for. The attention to detail stood out in all the best ways—from the silverware that looked brand new, to the spotless bathrooms, to the crisp, refreshing water. And the food was absolutely delicious. Even though we arrived late in the evening, we never once felt rushed. On the contrary, Shawn encouraged us to relax and enjoy our time together, knowing it was a bit of a family reunion for us. That kind of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Everything about this place was stellar. Highly recommended for both the food and the experience! ”
